The fridge appears to be it's a luxury appliance however, it's not as much. The counter-depth of this fridge lets you enjoy the built-in appearance for less than a custom refrigerator. It also does an excellent job of hiding the ice machine and water dispenser behind a false panel, making it look more streamlined than other models that display the appliances. However, it is plagued by a few minor design flaws that hinder it from being as good as it could be.
The biggest problem with this Frigidaire is that it's counter-depth, which means it's losing around 7 cubic feet of usable space to the Gallery fridge in the standard depth measurements. This is a huge sacrifice particularly when you consider the appliance is priced at around $3,500.
Despite this, the fridge still does an excellent job of ensuring constant temperatures in its cooling and freezer compartments. It also performed well during our spill test by keeping fluids like water and other contained even at the top of the shelf.
